Doesnt Connect

My company has started to roll this out to select individuals on the leadership team. We use good for enterprise and Lotus notes IM client. This app doesnt show anyone active on login. It will show the correct availability status if and only if they change their current status. Other times you can IM an active person and they will not receive your Instant message. Once they IM you - then you can communicate. The app is absolutely having problems establishing the initial connection the the Instant Messenger system... Needs work either internally or with good - but this shouldnt be hard stuff.

Please add fingerprint login authentication! Standing on the subway while trying to type a password every time I get pinged, is a fall on top of the other passengers just waiting to happen.

Good app, but...

In the last 2 updates, the ability to use the microphone as a way to input text has not functioned properly. You can press the microphone key and it will bring the proper screen, but then the app quickly closes it and you are back to the keyboard. Please fix this for iPhone 6 users.

Good launcher is annoying!!

Please add an option to disable the new launcher feature. I am now forced to move the good launcher bubble to get to menus and icons, since there is no single "good" place to stick this thing. Just add a new icon to the menu bar. At least I could ignore that.

Marginal at best

The app is only useful when its not needed. For example, Im driving and I get a connect notification. I pull over when I can and would like to respond but there is no message listed....or how about when you login and everyone is "offline" or you appear offline to everyone else..another gem of a feature. It typically works decent on WiFi... Which is when I dont need it since my laptop is open and running the desktop app. From an enterprise data isolation view it works fine. From a, "Im just trying to do my job" its a miserable failure. It doesnt do its job and only makes mine more frustrating.

Typical Pin Issues

Set aside a good portion of your day to get in to the app. The same problems that haunted the GFE app haunts this as well. Only this time I was still not able to solve the issue. Good luck.

Worst messaging app ever!

I often get notifications that I have received an invitation, but when I open the app, no message appears. Then I hear from people that they tried to send me a message, but received an error saying I was unavailable to receive messages at that time. WTH?!?! This makes it appear to my colleagues that I am not working. How is that GOOD?

Not so good

Hopefully the update coming will fix this app. Terrible, you cant see message when sent and receiving end always gets a failed when replying back.

Its really a nightmare to set this up and once you set this up works for certain time and then decides not to sign in. iPhone 6, IOS 9

New update breaks app with Good Work

Latest update breaks authentication connection with Good Work... Requires specific code, cannot use Good Work to authenticate again. Have tried to uninstall Good Connect and reinstall, but still wont use Good Work to authenticate.

No longer works

No longer works with using Good For Enterprise to authenticate User. Keeps asking for email and access key; whereas before, it would delegate the user authentication with the Good For Enterprise app.

Latest update is useless

Cannot pair it with good for enterprise. New OTA pin doesnt work. Absolutely useless.

Updated version broke my good connect connection

It seems that the new updated version broke my connection with my "Good for Enterprise" account. I am not able to login into the Good Connect anymore. It keep asking for email address and IT key. I am following my IT directions to uninstall and install the application again but so far no lucky. Any suggestions?

Your IT department chose wrong

Im sure the only reason you are using this is because company mandated it - there is no way youd continue using it by choice. This app completely breaks mobile seamless experience for the end user for what they call security features.

Cannot pair with Good for Enterprise

Access key doesnt pair with Good for Enterprise. Useless.
