Easily the worst application I have ever used. Takes approx 10 min to log in each morning and today it chose to give up after 1 hr. No incentive to fix since corporations are hooked, right? Lame!

Poor implementation of a chat app. Nearly every time I go back to the app after having switched to something else, it goes into an endless loop of trying to reconnect and I have to kill and restart it to get it to reconnect.

0 stars is all this deserves

I dont understand why my company utilizes this piece of junk! This app cant even stay open much less work properly when it does.

Slow to connect, disconnects, takes long to recieve an IM after notification is received. Just not ready for corporate professionals on the go.

EDIT: since the last update, I cant connect at all. The good thing: UI is nice. The bad: The client experience is terrible. No instant feedback when a message doesnt reach its user. Randomly disconnect the user. Discrepancy in status between what we see and what the team is seeing, when it comes to our availability. Thats the core of any IM, and it doesnt work well. Disappointing. __________ Review #2: Works much better since the last update. Hopefully its a good sign for the future! _____ Review #1: You had one job. I cant connect to my server. And when I can, I am constantly disconnected or even worse, I seem to appear connected on my phone but I look disconnected for all others.

App never connects. When I receive a notification of a new msg and open the app, the app stops working and I have to restart it several times just to make it work. It crashes more than a dozen times a day and very rarely connects. Maybe its the way my company has administered the app or something but since the last update, the app has been unusable. Wish I had my old bb where internal IM worked great.

Current version closes when first launched on iPhone. After 1-2 attempts app stays open, a real pain of trying to get off a quick email or check your calendar.

It doesnt connect, this is a junk. Previous release was okay but this release is a junk

The app does not send a banner when someone sends me a message or email on iOS10

I hate this app. It never works

The app crashes iPhone frequently. BB gets F as it didnt test the app and Apple gets F for passing this app. Company like BB deploying such a buggy app - just unbelievable.

Please fix the bug!! Every time I use good suite, crashes my phone! Awful, will be deleting soon if not fixed.

Sorry about this, but this app is one of the worst apps I have used.

There are constant issues with initiated chat - when someone tries to contact me - EVERYTIME they get a missleading message that it cannot be delivered to me. Such messages reach me in lets say 70% of times, which is the second serious issue. Please do something with it!

The UI is pretty cool too.

For those who understand security, yet another GOOD app that enables productivity but alleviates risk of security threats for IT.

Tried to install this onto my iPad and it says I need a front facing camera. This is an instant messaging client! To not just disable that feature versus completely disallowing you to use the app is really poor programming.

I loved this app until the recent upgrade and it no longer loads.
