"Message not delivered"

EDIT: since the last update, I cant connect at all.

The good thing:
UI is nice.

The bad:
The client experience is terrible. No instant feedback when a message doesnt reach its user. Randomly disconnect the user. Discrepancy in status between what we see and what the team is seeing, when it comes to our availability. Thats the core of any IM, and it doesnt work well. Disappointing.

You had one job.
I cant connect to my server. And when I can, I am constantly disconnected or even worse, I seem to appear connected on my phone but I look disconnected for all others.
